MESA, Ariz. – Legacy Sports USA Chief Revenue Officer Jeff de Laveaga announced today a partnership with Festival Sports and the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) to bring an elite youth volleyball tournament to Bell Bank Park over Memorial Day weekend.  The Stars & Stripes Festival will take place May 28-30, 2022, with the tournament featuring female athletes (ages 12 – 18) competing against volleyball teams from across the country while also showcasing skills in front of college coaches and recruiters. 

BELL BANK PARK TO BE NEW HOME FOR PARK UNIVERSITY ATHLETICS

MESA, Ariz. – Legacy Sports USA Chief Operating Officer Jeff de Laveaga announced today Bell Bank Park, the new 320-acre, multi-use family sports and entertainment complex in Mesa, has signed a multi-year agreement with Park University (Gilbert, Ariz.) to be the new home for Park Gilbert athletics, starting in 2022. Buccaneers teams that will call Bell Bank Park home include Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Volleyball, Beach Volleyball and Softball.

LEGACY SPORTS USA AND OAK VIEW GROUP ANNOUNCE 10-YEAR NAMING RIGHTS PARTNERSHIP WITH BELL BANK FOR MULTIPURPOSE SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX

MESA, Ariz. – Legacy Sports USA and Oak View Group (OVG) Facilities, managers and operators of the over $280 million multipurpose sports and entertainment complex under construction in southeast Mesa, have announced a 10-year naming rights partnership with Bell Bank, one of the nation’s largest family- and employee-owned banks. The deal was brokered by Global Partnerships, the sales and marketing arm of Oak View Group responsible for selling across all OVG Arena Development projects.

LEGACY SPORTS USA NAMES SCOTTSDALE-BASED TATUM HUMAN PERFORMANCE OFFICIAL PARTNER FOR BELL BANK PARK’S PERFORMANCE CENTER IN MESA

MESA, Ariz. – Legacy Sports USA announced a new partnership with Tatum Human Performance (THP), an innovative performance training center operating out of Scottsdale, to be the official performance partner for Legacy Sports Park, a 320-acre, multi-use family sports and entertainment complex that is set to open in January of 2022.  The state-of-the-art performance center spans 25,000 square feet and features an 11,000 square-foot fitness center with general fitness offerings, locker rooms and a yoga studio.  The performance center will be led by Olympic Gold Medalist Dan O’Brien and THP founder Spencer Tatum.

USA PICKLEBALL TO HOST SOUTHWEST REGIONALS AT BELL BANK PARK, MARCH 22-27, 2022

MESA, Ariz. – Legacy Sports USA announced today that it has added another premier event to its ever-growing pickleball schedule at Legacy Sports Park, partnering with USA Pickleball to host its Southwest Regionals, a six-day amateur tournament that will feature five skill levels (3.0-5.0) in nine age brackets and two junior divisions which will be played at Legacy’s state-of-the-art pickleball complex.

TRILOGY LACROSSE TO HOST ELITE SPRING BREAK TRAINING CAMPS AT BELL BANK PARK IN 2022

MESA, Ariz. – Legacy Sports USA announced today a new partnership with Trilogy Lacrosse, the leader in lacrosse education and events, to host its four-week Spring Break Training Camp for top high school boys lacrosse programs in the United States next March at Legacy Sports Park, a 320-acre, multi-use family sports and entertainment complex that is set to open in January of 2022.

RICK KELSEY NAMED NATIONAL SOCCER DIRECTOR FOR LEGACY SPORTS USA

MESA, Ariz. – Legacy Sports USA has named Rick Kelsey as its National Soccer Director, a position that will manage all soccer operations for Legacy’s current location at Legacy Sports Park in Mesa, as well as for future Legacy Sports USA locations. Additionally, Richard Nuttall, the current Director of Soccer for Legacy Sports USA, has been promoted to Legacy Ambassador of Soccer for all Legacy locations.
