Bobby will coordinate events including; College Recruitment Opportunities with Camps, All-Star Games & Showcase events, Measurement Testing, AIA State Championship, NCAA/NAIA/JUCO Spring Break Games, Girls Fast Pitch Leagues Spring-Summer-Fall, Practice Field Allocations for Legacy Club Teams, Player Development Training for Hiitting-Slapping-Infield-outfield-base running, Coaches Clinics, Players Clinics.

Bobby, native Arizonan of 66 years, has been instrumental in Arizona as a Girls Fast Pitch Promoter of weekend tournaments and as a coach at the Travel Ball and High School softball for 40 years. He has helped over 500 fast pitch athletes attain College Scholarships through his efforts of coaching Travel Ball along with his Camps & Showcase events. Bobby is currently head coach of Pinnacle High School Varsity Softball six years and formerly Xavier College Prep 10 years recording 340 Wins – 78 Loss. While at Pinnacle HS won State 6A 2018 and three Runner Ups in 2016, 2017 and 2019. Bobby attributes his success to his tremendous work ethic taught to him by his parents, goal driven, vision of succeeding in every aspect of life accompanied with his belief in strong faith and family inspired by his wife Regina.
