David Hayes

David has worked within the US youth soccer landscape for the last decade, having worked within small and large soccer organizations during that time, involved in developing soccer programs and soccer operations with the goal to improve the quality of the experience for the players on and off the field. Along with his roles coaching and developing programs, David is part of the US Soccer coaching education staff and is certified to lead and teach Grassroots and ‘D’ License instruction.

David was born and raised in Newcastle Upon-Tyne, in the north-east of England, and spent time working in professional soccer in the UK before making the move over to New York in 2012. David and his family are excited about moving to Arizona, where winters are a little warmer than Wyoming and when he’s not working, you can find David spending time with his wife, two daughters and their dog, attempting to play golf, or torturing himself as a long-suffering Newcastle United fan.
