Dr. Eric J. Neufang has been in private practice for 24years. He is the current owner of Active Health in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Neufang has owned and operated several successful clinics in New York and Arizona throughout the past 22 years. He has been a member of NYSCA, The ACA, North American Spine Society and has advanced training in concussion protocol. He has been requested to offer expert testimony for several of the nations leading insurance carriers as well as The New York State Workers Compensation Board and The State of Arizona’s Attorney Generals office. In his spare time, he played in The MSBL, a semi-pro baseball league while living in New York. In the past 30 years he has played in over 5,000 softball games. Dr. Neufang has participated in competitive tournaments on the east and west coast and won a ring with SSUSA in 2018. With his extensive knowledge of sports, along with a successful career in operating businesses he will serve as a valued Director in the Legacy Sports Park project.
