Fred is formerly the Tennis and Pickleball Director at world famous Indian Wells Tennis Garden, California, was responsible for introducing Pickleball at Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Within a few short months, Hartzman went from having 6 players come on our Wednesday night drop in, to over a 1,000 players. Three months later, he had negotiated a deal with USAPA, now known as USA Pickleball, to host their National Championships for the next 5 years. He has been the Pickleball event director for the National Championships for the last 2 years. He is the founder of the company Global Pickleball Ventures. Fred advises sports companies, resorts, private clubs and other companies looking to get involved or expand their involvement in Pickleball.
