Mike is an attorney engaged in the private practice of law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as a partner in the law firm of McCann, Garland, Ridall & Burke, and concentrates mainly in the areas of business, corporate and commercial law. As Chief Legal Officer, Mike provides personalized legal counseling directly to the company as a co-owner of the business. He is responsible for the oversight of the structure of all formal business engagements, contracts, and commitments of Legacy Sports. In addition, he is responsible for the legal oversight of the administration of the company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that legal decisions of the Board of Directors are implemented. Mike ensures that Legacy Sports, complies with relevant legislation and regulation, and keeps board members informed of their legal responsibilities. He is the named legal representative on legal documents, and it is his responsibility to ensure that the company and its directors operate within the law.
